The Flagler Chapter meets on the third Tuesday of each month except during the months of June, July and August. Our December meeting is usually held jointly with the Old King's Highway Chapter of the DAR; the time and place may vary. Call for details. Regular Chapter meetings are held at 11:00 A.M. at the Palm Coast Yacht Club, 1 Yacht Club Drive, Palm Coast, Fl. Lunch follows the Chapter meetings. 386-447-0350

The Flagler Chapter serves the Compatriots of Flagler County, Florida but also has as it's members, Compatriots residing in several other states. The purpose of the Sons of the American Revolution is "to perpetuate the memory of those who, by their service or sacrifices during the war of the American Revolution, achieved the independence of the American People". |

Membership in the SAR is open to any man eighteen years or over, who is a lineal descendant of an ancestor who supported the war for American Independence. These Ancestors are referred to as Revolutionary War Patriots and include those persons who fought in the military and/or militia, who provided supplies to the American cause, who served on political bodies supporting the Revolution, and who signed oaths of support and similar acts. For assistance in preparing an application to the SAR, the Flagler Chapter will work with you to achieve your objective. Annually, the Chapter participates in worthy activities to promote the idea of Patriotism and respect for our flag. Awards to Junior ROTC Cadets Award to Outstanding Firefighters Award to Outstanding Law Enforcement Officers Award to Outstanding EMS personnel Awards to outstanding 8th grade students for Good Citizenship. Awards to Eagle Scouts at their court of Honor. Regular guest speakers at meetings.
